Ready-stock sofas are delivered within 7 days in West Malaysia. Custom, made-to-order sofas take 14-21 days to ensure quality - if you need it sooner, contact our customer service and we'll check with production.
How do I care for fabric or leather sofas? +
About 90% of our fabric sofas use easy-clean, stain-resistant material. Leather sofas stay in great condition when maintained with our official leather conditioning products and won't fade easily under normal use - any fading issue is covered under warranty.
What's the warranty on sofas? +
Warranty coverage varies by model and material, so please check the individual sofa's product page for its exact warranty terms.
Can I return or exchange a sofa? +
If there's an issue after unboxing, contact our customer service right away - we handle exchanges 1-to-1 within 14 days of delivery. For special cases, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
How does payment and delivery work? +
A 50% deposit secures your order, with the balance paid once you've checked the sofa on arrival. Where possible we assemble it before delivery so there's nothing for you to set up at home.
